About the Role:
As a Senior Visa Document Agent with our company, you will play a vital role in supporting clients throughout their travel or immigration journey.
You will manage the collection and review of essential documents, ensure accuracy and completeness, and provide timely updates to move cases forward.
You will communicate with clients proactively, resolve documentation issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth process aligned with company standards.
Qualifications:
Relevant Experience
Bring 5+ years of experience in technical support, documentation, or administrative roles—ideally in a process-driven environment.
Clear Communication
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to explain complex processes professionally.
Attention to Detail
Maintain high accuracy when reviewing and organizing client documentation.
Strong Organization
Handle multiple accounts efficiently while meeting deadlines and prioritizing critical tasks.
Client-Focused Mindset
Show empathy and professionalism in every interaction, especially when addressing concerns or delays.
Tech Proficiency
Use internal tools confidently, including Admin Panel, Zoho Voice, Google Sheets, and task management systems.
