Can you set up AI agents and workflows to profitably build, test, and run multiple funnels starting from Meta through to a CRM?

• Can you build a beginning-to-end marketing funnel using AI automated tests?

• Are you a master of tools like Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Relay, OpenClaw, or custom API integrations?

• Do you view AI not just as chat bots, but as workers you can program into a larger workflow?

• Can you design and manage the architecture for marketing 100 simultaneous offers effectively with few major mistakes?

• Are you data-obsessed, understanding that a system is only as good as the data the system can utilize?

• Do you have a strong background in math, having both theoretical prowess and mastery analyzing real data?

About the Role:

You will become the lead architect for growing our current lead generations systems for our 2026 objective. Specifically, we want to grow our offers from a handful, to at least 100 by the end of 2026.

We will need you as the guiding force in automating our marketing to pull this off. You'll work in collaboration with our Senior Marketing Generalists to focus their time on where it counts.

You'll also be part of our internal tech team, because ultimately the data and leads will be populated into our existing custom CRM.

Your primary objective is to build and maintain the marketing infrastructure that allows us to scale from five offers to over 100 by the end of the year.

You won't be just "running ads"—you will be building the machines and systems that help the marketing team run more ads, create better ads, test more ads, and iterate more marketing funnels, faster, more efficiently, and with less mistakes.

Responsibilities:

Workflow Orchestration: Design and deploy complex automations that connect our custom CRM, ad platforms, funnel softwares, landing pages, payment processors, and other systems. Turn it into a well oiled, highly functioning revenue machine.

AI Implementation: Integrate LLMs and AI agents into our daily operations to automate creative drafting, data analysis, and customer interactions.

Systemic Optimization: Instead of manually A/B testing each step in a funnel, you will build systems that automatically initiates "Challenger vs. Champion" tests across all 100 offers, across all levels of the marketing funnel.

Rapid Deployment: Build "offer templates" that allow a new product to go from concept to live-market testing with less than 10 total human hours required.

Data Architecture: Ensure that LTV, ROAS, as well as our own custom metrics like lead value, are tracked accurately, providing real-time analytics for analysis.

AI leverage:

Expert level understanding on how to use AI agents and systems to leverage time, tasks, and marketing duties.

Qualifications:

1. Proven Systems Experience: 1+ years experience building complex automations.

1. Technical Proficiency: Expert level in Make.com/Zapier, Claude Code, Codex, AI Prompt Engineering, API integrations, Google Workspace/Apps Script - OR WHATEVER YOU'LL NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT.

1. Strategic Thinking: Ability to look at a 100-offer goal and identify the "bottlenecks" that require automation before they materialize.

1. Attention to Detail: In an autonomous system, one broken link can ruin 100 funnels. You must be meticulous and detail oriented in your work.

1. Adaptability: The AI landscape changes constantly. You must be a “constant learner” who researches, goes down rabbit holes, and learns about new AI apps, models, and automation systems to stay ahead of the curve and provide our marketers with the best automation solutions available.
