About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Full-Time Mobile App Developer to join our technical team. This role demands expertise in React Native, modern front-end technologies, and AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Lovable) to rapidly build, launch, and maintain polished, user-friendly applications.

Unlike a typical development role, this position requires a hybrid focus: you will be responsible for the high-velocity creation of mobile apps for lead generation and marketing experiments, while simultaneously serving as the primary maintainer and "Go-To Expert" for our live application ecosystem.

The ideal candidate balances strong UI/UX sensibility with the ability to use AI acceleration to maximize output and minimize time-to-market.

Responsibilities:

1. React Native Software Development

1. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain TLI mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js

2. Estimate engineering effort and plan implementation/rollout of system changes.

3. Be a true partner in defining the mobile app experience; bring a technical perspective to further business goals.

4. Deliver clear, well-communicated, and complete design documents.

5. The "Architect" Workflow: Shift from manually typing syntax to prompting for entire features, immediately spotting hallucinations or security flaws, and integrating them safely.

2. Frontend Expert

1. Implement user-friendly UX/UI designs using a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.

2. Utilize AI tools (Lovable/v0/FigmaMake) for rapid UI generation.

3. Strive to minimize the time to build professional-looking screens across various display sizes.

3. LIVE Leadgen Mobile Apps Maintenance

1. Serve as the primary responder for live production incidents affecting lead-generation mobile apps.

2. Proactively implement tools to increase awareness of mobile app LIVE issues.

3. Regularly review and maintain documentation for building and deploying apps.

4. Mobile App Go-To Expert

1. Deployment: Build and deploy to App Store (TestFlight) and Google Play. Resolve compliance issues and manage store listings.

2. Quality Gatekeeper: Run weekly code review meetings and review implementation from a security standpoint (OWASP, credentials management).

3. Industry Trends: Constantly grow expertise in new development trends, specifically AI and automation.

Qualifications:

1. AI-Accelerated Development Requirements:

1. Tool Mastery: Proficiency with Cursor (Composer & Agent modes), Claude/Opus 4.5 Sonnet, and UI generation tools.

2. Context Management: Expertise in managing AI context windows (e.g., creating .cursorrules).

3. Rapid Prototyping: Ability to generate functional prototypes for marketing experiments in hours.

Technical Skills:

1. React Native Expertise: Proven experience with React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern mobile workflows.

2. Mobile Ecosystem: Understanding of mobile analytics, Firebase, and complex API integrations.

3. UI/UX Sensibility: Proven ability to build attractive interfaces independently.
